He trained hundreds of trainers in Costa Rica with the John Maxwell Team. His corporate experience includes a background in managing budgets exceeding tens of millions of dollars, turning-around companies, maximizing profits, and catapulting business success while working with the CEO/board of directors. Raj Kapur is an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Company. He is a Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker. He is a Certified Life Coach with Mindvalley and a Certified Six-Phase Meditation Trainer. He has over 30 years of experience in the Non-Profit Sector, both in working and consulting with Non-Profits across the country. From a very early age, Raj had a passion for Self-improvement and Self Development. Learning about success, achieving success, and teaching success have been his lifelong goal. Raj received his Master’s in Business Administration from Dowling College in Long Island, New York. Donna Kunde is an International Leadership and Personal Growth Coach, Facilitator, Speaker and Trainer. Drawing on her 20+ years’ experience in military leadership she presents workshops, keynote presentations and teleseminars on leadership, personal growth, sales, communication, and team building. During the course of her career, Donna has held a wide range of leadership, educational and entrepreneurial positions in the US Army, non-profit organizations and Direct Sales companies. She is well-regarded in the personal growth field for the inspirational, thought-provoking, and actionable “takeaway” value of her presentations. Donna is a “Coach’s Coach” and considers it a great honor to have been hired by several of her peers and fellow coaches to help them identify and overcome the obstacles keeping them from making a bigger global impact. Donna’s interest in teaching leadership and personal growth developed as she overcame a debilitating battle with Lyme disease after retiring from the US Army. This experience, combined with her experience as a Christian Cancer Support group facilitator and her background as a Music Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist gives a unique perspective to every presentation. She was able to fully realize this goal when, at the request of the Costa Rican government, Donna accompanied Dr. John C. Maxwell and his team to successfully train 15,0000 Round Table facilitators in three days, resulting in a 2% transformation of that nation and projected to reach another 60,000 Costa Ricans the following week. Her trademark energetic communication style and teaching skills have earned her a reputation as a highly effective speaker and respected facilitator. Donna is a lifelong learner. She earned a BMus Degree with a major in Music Therapy and Music Education K-12 from Immaculata University and is currently enrolled in the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) on her way to earning a Diploma as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner . She has professional coaching certifications from the John Maxwell Team and Coach Approach Ministries (CCLC). Additionally, Donna is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant with Personality Insights Institute (DISC method) and is a certified Advanced Behavioral Analysis Consultant of the Maxwell Method of Impact (DISC).

She has a passion for assisting others in unlocking their full potential and building strong teams with a focus on taking teams to the next level, by working with them to strengthen in the areas of communication, employee engagement, teamwork, and diverse thinking.

She is one of the creators of a program called “Everybody at the Table” which is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, which is a unique program that focuses on the role which individual contributors play in the success of your organization.

Her background includes leadership roles in the aviation field, with oversight of multiple Airport operations for Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines.

She has successfully served in many roles throughout the organization, which included training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.

She retired from Delta Air Lines, as a Station Manager, and worked extensively with many of the employees and leadership teams to meet various goals and successfully complete multiple projects.

Her educational background includes an MBA from Cornerstone University, specializing in International Business, and an MBA from Columbia Southern University, specializing in Project Management.

She was featured on NBC Philadelphia in a special episode of “Inspiring Women of Philadelphia.” In support of National Women’s History Month.

Bijay went from a school dropout to getting to IIT; A small shop owner selling cow fodder to an Engineer; A struggling Engineering graduate in 2002 to a corporate professional working in fortune 500 organizations like (ARM, Qualcomm, Texas Instrument & Cadence, to name a few) From a corporate employee to an Independent Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team to a passionate success coach.
His heart burns when he sees people getting stuck in their life. Many think they have no options, and that becomes a limiting belief in their life. No one can understand this better than him because he has seen the slums; he has been a school dropout, and also I have studied at IIT Madras (India) – A top institute for Engineering. He has also seen the struggle of not getting a job to getting into “Texas Instrument.” He has also seen the path of chasing a high salary to the frustration of finding meaning his job. He has also gone through the phase of doing part-time coaching classes to a part-time direct sales business and bringing it to a high level where he could generate a million-dollar revenue. While going through this journey, he met mentors “Paul Martinelli,” “John Maxwell,” & “Robbin Madanes Team lead by Tony Robbins.” who transformed his life for the better. Sheikh Rahman is a positive, inspirational person who loves technology, anthropology and human science. He believes leadership comes with responsibility. He was trained as an engineer working in difficult electronics or communication and found that his passion is working with people, and he thrives at it. As he moved on to a contrastive career of developing human beings and bring the best of individuals, he can integrate science, technology and human behavior for the highest result.

As leadership is his passion, he and his wife love going through Dr. John Maxwell leadership books and materials while pursuing their goals as entrepreneurs. He has devoted last 20 years in leadership study, research, and work. He has worked as a coach, trainer and youth mentor for high schools and different youth leadership programs. He started his journey in search of ways to add value to others – Sheikh’s family had the audacity of hope for him to be someone and make a difference just like he always wanted to do. It is his vision to be working with the John Maxwell team and other organizations/individuals as a coach, mentor and motivational speaker for adding value to others. Being a highly optimistic person, he always wanted to grow that inner child within people who come in touch with him because he knows, as the researches from today’s neuroscience, that optimism can help you achieve at least 40% more in life.

Prior to being part of John Maxwell Team coach, he focused on entrepreneurship, building business, building team spirit, and pursued multiple local and overseas ventures. Through his tenure of these efforts he became partners/advisors of large-scale plants overseas and consultant of various organizations in the U. S. and outside.

As a mentor, Sheikh helps grow leadership, communication and organizational skills using proven strategies of success, which lead him develop his workshop. His passion is also to develop the thoughts and character for next generation, the “youth.” They are the next leaders and units of the fundamental elements of the society called “family.” A leader is a leader to himself or herself first, then to his or her family and then to the society and beyond – is Sheikh’s philosophy.
